   The Dean:

    Is the first responsible of the faculty and the highest in the hierarchical authority of the employee’s body. Supervises the conduct of the affairs of the faculty, and has the authorization of signing by the President of the University in some administrative aspects and according to Article 33 of Executive Decree 01/273 of 18/09/2001, which includes the establishment of a university Guelma,

The Functions of the Dean:

-A secondary disbursement order for the management appropriations delegated to him by the Rector.

- Holds a Peaceful authority and exercises it on all officials under his authority.

- Attends the meetings of the Faculty Council and carry out its decisions.
